How to return
your purchase

  1. Click the 'start your return' button below and fill in your order number and your billing address postcode.

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Please note, this may take a minute to process.

  3. Follow the steps to print your own label

  4. Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or another suitable box with the shoe box intact and bring them to your chosen EVRI drop-off point.

  5. Find your nearest EVRI drop-off location.

  6. Make sure to keep hold of your drop off receipt.

Returns can take up to 14 working days from the date of receipt at our warehouse. An automated email will confirm the refund however, depending on your payment method it may take a few days after that for the refund to show back in your account.
