Saucony Limited Warranty
At Saucony®, 1898 is where it all began. Since then, Saucony has rightfully taken its place as one of the world's leading running companies. Built on a legacy of performance, Saucony continues to offer best-in-class running shoes, running apparel, and timeless retro Originals footwear that has helped shape who we are today. The next great innovation has always been right at our fingertips - from speed shoes to trail running shoes and walking shoes to casual classics.
As such, Wolverine World Wide, Inc., owner of the Saucony brand (“Saucony”), warrants its Saucony footwear to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the verified date of purchase or delivery (if later than the date of purchase) by the original end-user purchaser. If a Saucony product fails due to any material or manufacturing defect during this period then, after inspection and verification, we will replace it at our discretion.
This warranty only applies in the United States and it does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, normal wear and tear, accident, improper care, improper fit, modification, or the natural degradation of colors or materials (including waterproofing and odor control) over time. Because Saucony cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty applies only to products sold by Saucony or authorized Saucony retailers, unless otherwise prohibited by law. Saucony reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Saucony products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including Saucony products sold on unauthorized Internet sites.
If you believe your Saucony product has failed due to a defect in materials or workmanship, you can contact Saucony Customer Service at (800) 282-6575 or complete the Defective Product Form. The following requirements apply to the Saucony Limited Warranty claims process:

- We will contact you and issue a return authorization (“RA”) number and mailing instructions if physical inspection of your product is required.

- Warranty claims can take up to 6-8 weeks to process.
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Under no circumstances shall Saucony be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
